It rained today and we still had track practice. We practiced in the hall ways and ran around the building. It kinda gave me a head ache because we kept going in and outside and it got cold and then hot. I got kinda dizzy.
After running all that, we went to the weight room and I did a few of those leg strengthening thingies until the coach told me I could go to the gym and do high jump (I was so relieved). Today I matched my all time high of 4" 6', but after I was so tired that I couldn't jump the next hight.
Tomorrow, we are supposted to go to City College for practice, but it will probably rain and then we'll end up practicing at school again.
Thursdat is the meet against Mission. I can't wait to beat someone (that sounds pretty lame, but it's true)!!! I am going to be running the 100m, 200m, 400m, and doing the High jump. I would be doing the long jump also, but 4 events is the limit (I always do as much as I can).
My goal this season is to place in the top 3 for the all city trials in at least one event. (I'm going to work my hardest to achieve this) in the meet on sayurday, i was told i got a 11.9 on my 100m but for some reason i dont believe that (I know it was more than that)
